1st week is a success

We just finished our first week and it is a huge success. No one gained, everyone had a loss. Many started new exercise regimens and should remember that you will first gain muscle, which weighs more than fat, but it also burns the fat!! The first two weeks will be the hardest but stay on your grind!! If you slip up, just pick back up and get back on your grind. You can do this! Just keep moving forward. Don't look back or punish yourself for a slip up. That does no good. Just move on toward your goal! I am so proud of all of you!!! Keep it up!!!!:happy: :happy:
