Starting 30 day shred... what a wonderful group

I am Paige. I am a new mom and very proud of my daughter, just not my new body....
I am in my mid 200's and going to be starting 30 DS tomorrow morning. I weigh in every Thursday but, I am wondering if it would be beneficial to not weigh in at all during my challenge and see the overall results from eating healthy and doing this video religiously. What is everyone else doing?

Thanks for reading. I would love to add some other women that are in the same weight ball park as I am that are doing this challenge.

MY PERSONAL GOAL FOR 30 DAY SHRED: I want to lose 5 pounds and 3 inches total off of my body. I have before pictures and I will also post my after pictures in a month! :)
