So a friend told me about this app months ago and I stuck with it until my dad had a stroke and ended up in the hospital, at that point I just wasn't worrying about what I was eating or myself at all really. Another of my friends has been on here for a couple months and she is doing great, she has inspired me to want to be better and work on getting myself healthy. So today is my first day on here and actually seeing what this site has to offer. I'm supper excited to see the change in my energy and health, fitting into nicer clothes is just a HUGE plus! So excited to see a Christian group on here to help support one another! And by the way my dad is doing great! God is amazing.
