Fitness Goal u Want to Reach by Feb 1

The eleventh day from now will be February 1, 2013 I was wondering what fitness goal you would like to accomplish by then?

For me I want to ride a 20 mile ride preferably out side on my purple people eater but if need be I'll do it at the gym on the stationary.

Mine is walking more I have mobility issues because of a medical condition and I have horrible balance so I am working on building up my core to improve balance.
I have more a long term walking a mile by Summer goal though but little steps will get me there.0 -
I'd like to do 10mins on the elliptical without stopping....I did 8 today so hopefully it's achievable.
I know you will achieve your goal RNLL ...no doubts what so ever

THAT Is a terrific Weight Loss Goal to accomplish - what physical fitness goal do you want to reach? I.E. walk a mile or do 3 sets of 12 reps of lifting 5lb weights

You'll do it. I checked out your page and you are doing amazing. I have 2 days to reach my goal. Hoping the scale will move tomorrow. If not I know I'll reach my first mini goal sometime in March.0 -
I reached my first mini goal of losing 25 pounds today. Woohoo!!! Now I've got to work on my exercise goal of doing 5 miles every day. I can't walk 5 miles at once right now, so I break my 5 miles into walks throughout the day.0

Didn't meet my exercise goal. I walked 5 miles everyday except 1.................I was sick and walked until I couldn't walk anymore.0
