I walked 3 miles for 49 minutes + 30 day shred for 27 minutes. Total today was 76 minutes.
I didn't see a thread started for today so I decided to start my own.

I walked/jogged for 37 minutes today while my son was at basketball.0

Rest day for me ...
I was all set to excercise then my hip starting hurting for no reason ..
So I am icing it.. Hoping it stops ASAP !!

Great job guys! Sorry I was pretty much out all day and forgot to open a thread for day 15. I got my sweat on today -- 45 minutes actually -- ran for 30 & incline walking for 15.
We're day 16 tomorrow, past the half month...let's show day 16 that we got this! Keep sweating!!!0 -
