Great work Miss Carrie!! I saw all of that produce in your food diary and knew you rocked that part of our challenge. It sounds like you got in lots of exercise and logged your food too... You get an A+!

O.k. I got in my cranberries, broccoli, carrots, apple and lettuce. I haven't done the ab challenge yet for today but might still get time to hit that. I played racquetball again with my son for exercise to keep him out of the house while my hubby finishes up the floor. I was going to do a video workout tonight but while grocery shopping tonight my knee popped and I couldn't walk. It is better now, but I think I had better take it easy for tonight. I logged my food and stayed under.0

I have never posted a picture before so hopefully this will post correctly. It is supposed to be a picture of my Vision Board.
Grr... it isn't working for me. Well, my vision board is also one of the pictures on my profile. It has a picture of my daughter at her half marathon to remind me of her dedication to health. It has a picture of my son now and one of when he was born sick to remind me of his strength and determination. There is a picture of me and my husband on my wedding day to remind me of our love and me wanting to be strong for him. I listed a few trips that we are planning this year so I can think about how I want to feel on those trips. God is in the center to remind myself to take care of the body God gave me. There is a color run note to remember that my son and I are going to run one in August. There is a MFP along the side to always remember Team Bob and MFP friends and this journey we share!0 -

I did the abs workout for today, and I also did a biggest loser last chance workout video and walked also. I logged al but 2-days and I'm almost done with my board.0
