I weigh in tomorrow but I started that TOM today so I am hoping for a loss..last week I was 224 and peeking at 223 before I stopped weighing myself.0

I weighed in 1/19 and was up 2.4lbs. I was at Disney for a week and ran 39.3 miles. I'm hoping it was fluid. I weigh in 1/26 and I'm hoping for a lose. I'm logging and working hard this week! I have surgery Jan 28th so not sure how my weight will be after that for awhile. Following my points close will be very important. How are you doing?0

I started three weeks ago at 191.6, weighed in today at 187. 4.6 lbs in three weeks! I'm happy with those results.
want to add that although I count WWP I use more than allotted. I try to keep my cals between 1500 and 1700 so its not easy to stick to points so low. I'm given 24. Last week I ate 16 Points extra, not a lot but about 100 cal a day more. Its working for me. :-)0 -
I weighed in last night, lost 8 for the week and 28 overall.0

Weighed in at a gain to 224.5..half a pound gain but I started that TOM..very happy it wasn't a 5-10 pound gain again.0

Weigh in was yesterday. This past weekend I had friends come down to visit as my Birthday was Thursday and they wanted to celebrate. They took me to dinner last Saturday and all 5 of us went to the fair on Sunday for 10 hours. On Thursday my roommate treated me to a BBQ rib dinner. Despite all that I managed to stay the same this week. But I am ok as I have eliminated 14 pounds since the beginning of the year. Next week i will see a loss again. Hope everyone else did better.0

weighed in on 1/23 and lost about another pound so I've lost 7 total since the beginning of this month.0

briannadunn, that's right it's only water weight....during TOM the scale is not a real reflection of our weight loss so I bet since it was only .5 gain you are actually losing weight. When the coast is clear we'll see good numbers from you.0
