Completed day 5 level 2 and my arms are getting big....I am moving down to 2pd weights...I don't want to get bulky. Also I am hungry and thirsty ALL the time...anyone else notice this? I have exercised before by doing running for 45+ mins at a time and have experienced nothing like this....this program truly is amazing.

I've been using 5 lb weights from the beginning & i'm noticing a huge difference in my strength.i'm on day 3 level 2 & can do the plamk push up no problem....but my legs are killing me today from the plank jacks. I absolutely cannot even squat down to pick up things off the floor & my abs hurt so much I find it hard to sit up when i'm laying down. lol. This program is fantastic. i'm loving it!!0
