Insanity has begun for me

Did the Fitness Test....not exactly as i hoped but it can only get better!!

Here are my results:

Switch Kicks:37

Power Jacks: 38

Power Knees: 70

Power Jumps: 13

Globe Jumps: 7

Suicide Jumps: 8

Push-Up Jacks: 5

Low Plank Oblique: 20

The real test will be the first full session. Which will either be tonight or tomorrow morning.

I can't wait to get fit and trim!

    Pretty much. lol. Seriously though, initially you're probably going to want to quit. It does get better after the first week or so...slightly. It never gets easy, but you become more accustomed to the intensity. Just make sure you keep pushing through
