and I suck....I can't run for more than 50 seconds...my side hurt, my lungs burned...I hope I am not too fat for this just yet...don't get me wrong, I'm not quitting...I just forsee me on this first week a while before I can build up to 50 minute jog, 90 minute breathe. I am just getting over a horribly flu too, so I hacked for a while after I stopped running which made it harder for me. I did do over a mile all together, i have no problem walking it. It's just conditioning my lungs and heart for the endurance to stay like that consistantly uhhhg....not a fan....Is anyone else around the 270's doing this program? Am I the only one this bad off?

Everyone handles it differently, if you struggled dont worry! We all have the bad days. You might feel different on day 2 or 3. My first week I was jogging so slow that other people on the treadmill were walking the same pace hehe. Go at your own pace and I have noticed a few people have repeated weeks too so Im repating week three. Dont forget to rest in between days. YOU CAN DO IT0 -
My first W1D1 I concentrated on running it slower than I walk it. Running is a stride, not a speed. That first week, all you're doing is getting your muscles used to the new motion.0
