Newbie needs some help please

Hi all,
I have just finished reading the book and am looking at starting Monday, however I cannot get my head around Stage 1
From what I understand you do it like this
Workout A Stage 1
A Squat 1 set at 15
B1 Push up 1 set at 15
C1 Step up 1 set at 15
A Squat 1 set at 15
B2 Seated row 1 set at 15
C2 Prone jackknife 1 set at 15
B1 Push up 1 at 15
C1 Step up 1at 15
B2 Seated row 1 at 15
C2 Prone Jackknife at 15

That way I have covered all the different exercises
If I have got it completely wrong or if anyone has a better idea please let me know

    For some reason many people get confused with this. Set "A" is performed first, then you do all the set "B" exercises and then set "C". Clear as mud?:tongue:

    Your workout A will go exactly in this order(don't have the book in front of me so I am just going by what you have listed):

    15 Squats
    Rest
    15 Squats
    Rest

    15 Push-ups
    Rest
    15 Seated Row
    Rest
    15 Push-ups
    Rest
    15 Seated Rows
    Rest

    15 Step-ups
    Rest
    15 Prone Jackknifes
    Rest
    15 Step-ups
    Rest
    15 Prone Jackknifes

    exactly right and yes...at first it is very confusing to most. It was to me. Now I finally get it and looking at workouts no longer feels like an exercise in futility. or a foreign language. :) Good luck! you will love it!
