I'm 32, 5'3" and currently weigh 184. According to the calculator, my BMR is 1595, my TDEE is 2193 and my cut rate (minus 20%) is 1754. Most of you girls (and guys) that do this lift weights and do circuit training. I suffer from fibromyalgia, so going home and doing 30 minutes of exercise on my Wii Fit every night is about all I can handle right now. Should I cut down my activity level (I put exercise 1-3 hrs/wk, which is about right), or take in less calories? Thank you! :smile:

    Id make your Cut only 15% instead of 20.See how things go from there first. Since you are listed as lightly active, stick with that and a 15% cut and wee what happens. Give it a good 4-6 weeks before you change anything. Then you can see if you need to add in a few more cals, or take a few more away..:)
