People watch at the gym and critique their form in your head?
I don't know who had the party at my gym last night, but it was so crowded in the weight section. I watched people, and was honestly getting concerned for some of them, who were swinging the weights (and not in a kettlebell way, either. We don't have kettlebells there). I kept coming back to lifting heavy advice that if you can lift it super easily, it's probably too light.
Thoughts? I'd never voice these opinions out loud, but I'm concerned other people might hurt themselves if they don't keep proper form (I have NO room to talk, since I'm still learning, btw, but they looked unsafe).

Oh, I'd never say anything to them, but it's like waiting on firecrackers to pop.0
