ok i have been slacking on posting -
i have been keeping up but not feeling as motivated- (I think the cold & Hormones are at play)
i am on day 12- I did lvll 3 this morning to just see-
Its t ough but it was new-
I think my problem is i get bored listening to the same thing every morning- so i am - going to start switching the lvls up maybe 1-2-3 then repeat and just go as hard as i can no atter what lvl- that way it stays new ??
so how are all of you >???

I considered doing that to...but something I have found that helps me is that I have picture in picture on my tv...so I am 30DS on one side and netflix on the other...I love it!!!0

I agree, it gets boring and repetitive. I stopped for a bit because I was sick. I will be starting back up again soon. But I will probably not do it everyday... Maybe every other day or every third day & alternate it with my strength training days and treadmill.0

Day 4, Level 1 done...
i tried it in the "music only" audio mode... it was like awful elevator music... and they don't cut out any of the video where they are just standing talking. I had to pause it and go track down my ipod and then keep going. You're better off with them yapping I think.0
