so i am on day 19 or 20 of upping my cals. going the slow route. was already at bmr so upping to tdee -15% for a month then going to do tdee. so far i am up a few pounds and inches but mostly i have noticed that my temp especially at night :blushing: has gone way up also i am sleeping a lot more than before. has anyone else had this when upping cals?

Sleeping better is a great sign. Rising temp could mean your metabolism is improving.....0

I definitely had the increased body temp thing - I've always felt the cold but when I started em2wl I started getting hot all the time. It settled down but I still don't get as cold as I used to.0

I've had both of those same results since starting my reset. I used to be cold all the time. It's not as bad anymore. I really love how well I sleep now.0
