310lb Bench Weighing 175

Added 10 pounds to my bench in 2 months, which isn't too bad because I have been primarily concentrating on my legs and back.

    awesome press dude. thats strong as hell for 175.

    punch the spotter for not knowing how to spot. you should never have to ask if they touched it, because unless you got buried, their hands should stay off.

    Yeah, I've always felt more comfortable with a narrower grip than most people

    Nice press.

    I'd be trying to bring those elbows in a bit for shoulder health personally and make sure your shoulder blades are fully retracted when you set up.

    Very impressive! I am just getting started with the press but this Bench/BW result is amazing to me!
