Hi - new but have lost 100 lbs this way!

Hi I am new to this board - but when I saw it on MFP I was like YEAH! This is what I learned in my weight loss battle journey to returning to a healthy, happy weight.

I've lost over 100 lbs and kept it off for a 8 years - I have put back 30 lbs of this because I became inactive after injury but I am returning to a active lifestyle and the weight is saying bye bye easily - without dieting and sticking to the EM2LM philosophy. Actually, I eat mindfully and intuitively according to my body's needs.
