Sorry I forget to set up a topic for yesterday, I was super busy with school. This semester is kicking my butt!
Today's workout looks like it will be a killer. I will probably modify the ones I can and power my way through it.

I won't be doing the exercise today. I'm sore from the spartacus workout I did yesterday and I also have my karate class tonight. I will do the ab part of this workout before my karate class though. I really enjoyed the spartacus workout, it is similar to the dumbell challenge.0

I did the exercise this morning. I did 1 round and did have to modifiy stuff that included jumping. It wasn't terrible. Either I am getting stronger or the exercises are getting easier.
I also walked 2 miles at lunch. Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in I am keeping my fingers crossed.0
