Omega 3 -- TMI

I'm just wondering if there is a connection here. I take some supplements, I won't list them all here, but they have not changed for a really long time. Then I ran out of my Omega 3. I thought, no biggie, I'll reorder and get some more. There were a couple of weeks in there where I didn't have any. I also at the same time noticed that I wasn't -- TMI -- having regular bowel movements. This used to be a problem for me all the time but not so much with paleo. The last two days I was taking my Omega 3 and, boom, things are regular again. Now, do you think there is a connection there? Just wondering. Because, if so, I will never run out of O3. The other possible connection could be between Christmas and New Year's I had a few gluten-free cookies/snacks, which is not normal for me, but it was my compromise. Could it have taken a while to get that out of my system? Thanks for any info. Just trying to figure out my body. Ha, if possible. :ohwell:

Ha, I answered my own question. I did an internet search, and it's all over that Omega 3's are sort of a "home remedy" for constipation. I believe it!0

That is good to know. I have been taking fiber supplements but maybe I should switch to omega-3 instead...0
