Lack of Sleep Affecting Exercise

Hello all!

As most others with fibro do, I've had my fair share of poor sleep. However, it's gotten really bad in the past week and my pain and energy level is starting to wane so much, I feel like I can't make it to the gym.

Does anyone have any suggestions for better sleep? Natural supplements? Bedtime routines? Herbal remedies, etc?

    Hi Jacie! I sometimes take 100-200 mg of magnesium before bed. It helps to relax the muscles. I also find that I sleep better when I stay away from sugar, refined carbs and alcohol. I have also heard that deep breathing and restorative yoga is helpful although I haven't tried these as of yet.
