Thursday 1-24-13 around 1/2 way point check in....

I completed my 17th day today...I had one day left from my level 1 so I completed that...I am feeling great and will take measurement in a few days once I am done with level 2. I am sticking to it but wonder if anyone is eating more calories than the 1200 limit given by MFP. I figured out that my TDEE is around 2000 so I just took 500 off that and try to eat 1500...which is difficult. I do not eat back my exercise calories since TDEE accounts for that...thoughts?

    I eat between 1300 and 1500 but try not to eat back my allowance if I can prevent it. To be honest any difference from your old calorie intake will be helpful. I used to eat at least 3000 a day :0( halving that has definitely helped.
