I've have stuck at 133.0 lbs for a coulpe days now. I workout 5x a week (cardio & weight lifting)
Ht - 5ft 1/4 in
Currenrt intake - 2100
So I guess my question is should bump up to 2200?

3 days? Ohhhh, you are going to have problems thinking like that.
Stuck is 3 weeks with no weight OR measurement changes, with many spots measured.
3 days is nothing, literally. Partial false loss on last weigh-in and false weight gain on this one could show nothing easily.
Are your weigh-in days valid? Meaning the morning after a rest day eating at normal sodium levels. And if still sore from lifting day before rest day, not valid because of retaining water.0 -
