So I've been looking at phase 2 and wow is that a big time commitment. I usually go to the gym in the morning but I'm thinking I'm going to have to break up the weights and cardio. Weights in the am and cardio after work. I'd love to do it all at once but our gym doesn't open early enough for me to get it all done before I have to go to work. ACK! I'm nervous.
How is everyone planning to attack it?

I'm kind of thinking breaking up the cardio and doing it on days I don't have to work. I have three days without work that would be good to work on it.0

My gym opens at 5:15am so I'll be doing it all in the AM. If I get tight on time, I'll make sure to do cardio at home. I want to get the weight lifting done first because I'm more apt to skip out on lifting than cardio haha0

Phase 2 took about 90 minutes for me to finish each day. Except leg days, they were about an hour. Phase 3 is taking me longer than the 90 minutes so I have only been getting about 20 to 25 minutes of cardio in.0

Holy cow..I didn't realize phases two and three were so long! I'm gonna have to figure that one out!0

I am excited for Phase 2! I hope I see some more progress which I am sure I will! I have really been liking challenging myself to lift heavier! My gym doesn't have the abductors or adductor machines so I am going to replace them with Plie or Sumo squats. And as far as the lying leg curls that my gym also doesn't have I will do Single Leg DL's for those!
I am also doing "The Biggest Loser" at my gym! It is based on BF% not Weight loss % so I decided to do it!!0 -

I'm going to have to start getting to the gym at 5 the latest ack & phase 3 is longer holy 4:45am waiting at the door?! I hope I'm still committed on week 9!
