In just a few days, I am expecting my 2nd baby! Beginning after labor, I plan to track and post everything I eat and do in an effort to get into shape again. I am using Myfitnesspal and Instagram (getfitLiss) to help me reach my goal! I find these websites to be very motivational and I encourage other moms to follow me and join me as I strive to tone up my muscles and trim off unwanted fat.
