MFP is helping me, how about you?

For too long I fooled myself into thinking that teaching a few classes/week was enough. I wasn't gaining weight, but I definitely wasn't loosing any either. I'm a late night foodie. I've been using MFP for a little more than 2 weeks now and I'm absolutely AMAZED! My eating habits are changing and I don't have the urge to snack through the night. Love it.
