Did not do 30DS today but instead did 30 mins of running/walking on the treadmill...I am not seeing the visual result that I first did in level 1 but I think doing a couple of cardio session a week might help. I will pick 30DS back up tomorrow..so far I have not taken a day off in almost 2 weeks and don't feel like doing so yet.

I almost took the day off yesterday but then I decided at 10:30 pm to just do it. I will be doing day 9 of level 2 tonight. So far, I've taken one day off each week but on those days I've done a lot of walking outside, it was a good substitution and gave me a break from Jillian for a bit haha.:)0

Today was Level 2 Day 9 and it went so good! The past couple days I have been just dragging a**! Yesterday, I even turned off 30ds and worked out later... But today def made everything better! I'm currently down 4 pounds and a many inches. Can't WAIT till day 30! Great job, everyone!0
