ok so i have been doing around tdee -15% for the last 20 days and eating back exercise to be safe
my stats
age 35
cw170
gw 130
bf 32% (when last checked)
starting weight from tdee -15% 167
work out around 2-5 hours a week just depends
usually do hiit on eliptical, recumbent bike, treadmill or walk or hike or walk away the pounds video (1-2 miles)
aside from exercise pretty sedentary.
so during my 20 days i have been averaging around 2045 cals.

1-3hours tdee 2069
3-5 hours tdee 2333
so my question is what now?
what activity level should i eat at?
my weight has been stable for the past 2 weeks so do i go up do tdee and go full reset or start cut with out adding back exercise cals?
any advice would be great

So if your TDEE has exercise included in it, you've been wiping out your deficit on any decent exercise days by eating back those calories.
Anyway, onwards to now. 2 - 5 hrs is right there in the Moderately Active level.
Weight has been steady because you reach TDEE, or because your metabolism is still suppressed and won't allow a deficit?
Can only find out if you increase and gain past initial water weight.
But once that TDEE level is confirm, which includes exercise, you take the deficit and don't eat back exercise since already included.0
