Simply put, make a commitment to burn more calories on the first Saturday of each month than you have before. The only person you are in a contest with is yourself. Take all day if you need to. It doesn't matter.

Sometimes time is restricted, so challenge yourself to a new exercise you've never done! Or burn more calories in 30 minutes than you ever have.

The only excuse is coma :)
