I find when I am struggling it helps to have something inspirational to say to myself to help me push through that wall. I generally find there is a 30 second to two minute barrier when I want to quit that if I can just break past, then I'm good to go for much longer. So here's some things I say. Simply put, make a commitment to burn more calories on the first Saturday of each month than you have before. The only person you are in a contest with is yourself. Take all day if you need to. It doesn't matter. Sometimes time is restricted, so challenge yourself to a new exercise you've never done! Or burn more calories…
What will you be trying to accomplish on February 2?
What are you doing? I'll be riding by bike on the trainer for roughly an hour and 15-30 minutes. This evening I'm going to look at my Garmin to see if I can include calories on the display so I make sure to get them done. I'll be using one of my Cardio Coach audio workouts.
