  • In February, I wanted to keep my HR at 140 or higher for a period of 30 minutes or more. I did it. Still thinking about March. Any suggestions?

    I'm going to go with the old standby of burn more calories. By keeping your HR low for several hours you just burn through a lot of fat.

    I will be focused on burning more than 1171 calories in one workout!!

    I didn't reach my goal of 1171 calories, but I did reach personal best on treadmill...3.1 miles this morning so I walked/jogged a 5K !!
