What are you doing?

I'll be riding by bike on the trainer for roughly an hour and 15-30 minutes. This evening I'm going to look at my Garmin to see if I can include calories on the display so I make sure to get them done. I'll be using one of my Cardio Coach audio workouts.

    Lol, like a retard I posted the topic for this month as January 2 instead of Feb 2. Great opportunity to repost. Lets visit this thread regularly on Saturday. Post where you are and support others!

    I will be doing 8 hours on the elliptical/treadmill, keeping my hr at 55% of max or higher.
