Sun: 6.28mi Run (was 62˚F for this afternoon run... skipped the morning Groupie run because didn't want to run in the rain)
Mon: Rest day
Tue: 4.56mi Run - It rained. I got wet. But still got my run on! it was about 40˚F at the start, 37˚F at the end.
Wed: :ohwell: wasn't feelin it.. at all
Thu: 30min P90x Yoga X, 1mi Elliptical (single digit temps and brutal winds kept me from doing my planned 5mi outdoor run!)

Monday: 7.3 miles stationary bike (may still try to get out for a run, but no promises... )
Tuesday: 1 lousy mile today, and just walking at a brisk pace. Threw out my back last night, and it's still a bit tender (thank GOD I'm married to a chiropractor, or I wouldn't even be moving today!)
Wednesday: 3.15 miles (and a 7:52 minute mile! Not bad considering I can barely sit, bend or lie down...) Boy, did that run feel GOOD! No back pain at all!
Thursday: 9.39 stationary bike (followed by strength training)
Friday: 7.44 miles stationary bike (followed by Pilates class)
