I did it!

So, I missed the last three days (Wed-Friday) of workouts because it was cold and I got lazy, and last night, I had plans. This morning, I was determined to fit three workouts in today. And early.

It was too early for me to care, so I just went and did it and mentally complained the entire time (I couldn't find my headphones or my armband for my phone, so no tunes for me :sad: )

When I got home and started making breakfast (Avocado and egg on an English muffin), the thought occurred to me that I finished Phase one!

So to everyone in this group and on this journey, great work! One phase down and two to go!

  • Wow! How long did today's workout take!? lol! I didn't realize until you said it, that I guess I'm a day away from finishing phase one!

    I probably would've taken me 90 minutes if I'd done the walking lunges, but when I was doing the squats for the leg portion, I felt something funky going on in my left knee, so I didn't want to risk it. Good thing, too. It's been feeling weird all day. :frown: In the end, it took me about 75 minutes.
