help with activity level -please?

Im doing 30 day shred every day plus from today doing banish fat boost metabolism (50mins) twice a week. I use the scooby calculator and am I right in thinking to put myself under 3-5hrs exercise? I think it adds up to 4 hrs a week so I should but im jsut scared of having so many calories a day. right now im at 1-3hrs a week and try to eat 1680 but in usually at around 15-1600cals or sometimes a couple over. Iv been losing 1lb a week fine since changing to 1-3hrs activity level, but as im working out an extra 100 minutes at least a week I should eat more, doing that 50 min workout took it out of me today!
I have 12 more days of shred then going to do 3 days Banish fat workout then after 1 month add ripped in 30 into the mix. Im trying to keep up the workouts as I have to build up my knees again as since having my youngest baby 3 months back my knee is really weak so exercise has helped alot so its something I need to sustain for long term.
Any advice is apprieciated x
Also I know il need to stick at it as the scale might not move at first (so far on 30ds Iv gone from trousers not getting between halfway up my thighs/butt to going up but buttons about 3 inches apart! so iv lost inches and toned alot but only lost about 2-3lbs) Id like a little help in keeping focused on meeting my calorie goals as I always want to be under my goal even though I know I should try to meet it - I like to see 1-200 cals left at the end of the day or it feels like iv gone crazy on food! Thanks guys x

    You are right, add up those minutes to how any hrs weekly.

    And if you are home running around with that little one, that raised you up a level too from sedentary work with exercise, to lightly active with exercise. So round Moderately Active up to nearest 100 easily.

    You could actually be slightly suppressed on metabolism by only undereating a little bit, which means eating correctly could allow body to burn even more. Could have had more weight loss. That's what many discover.

    And if you think that sounds like a lot, think about compared to what exactly. 1200? And how about compared to how much you used to eat before logging food and having any idea of how much you used to eat daily?

    at the moment I get around 14-1600 a day and am losing between 1-1.5lbs a week. Today I will have done 4 hrs exercise this week and might make it 4hrs 30mins today so Iv been eating at 1-3hrs activity so been eating less then I should. Im hoping to keep it up as well. Im going to make sure I do a 30 minute kettlebell workout 3 days a week plus 2 50 min cardio circuits and another 20 min workout a week that should be 3.5hrs. I know yesterday I ate 2000cals as I did alot more exercise that day and needed extra food and felt so much better after just an extra 200 calories inside me. On weights training - Is kettlebell a good weights workout for strength? I prefer that to dumbells and bars and feel Iv had a better workout

    If you can get in many of the varied exercises, you should see this personal trainer that only uses that - massive for a guy of course eating in surplus and using 100 lb KB's.
