    Added 5lb weights into my squats today; sitting at 200 so far! Aiming for 400+ by the end of the week. :D Keep at it, guys!

    Another 50 done so I'm up to 200 squats done.
    Today is pump class and we usually do squats so I will have to remember to count how many we do
