not ready for workout 9

So I have been doing JMBR and have been ok until I reached wkout 9. I just can't do it even for 10 min? What should I do...go back a few wkouts or continue trying to do it. I don't even feel like doing it?
Also another thing i noticed is that my weight drops everytime I take a break from exercising for a few days. While exercising it takes longer to come off? why? I am eating 1200 cal/day and drinking 9 glasses of water.
