A lot of us just completed phase one and we should all be so proud! Looking back at the month what are you most proud of? What changes are you seeing in your body already?
I am starting to see real definition in my arms and I love it! I'm proud that even after my killer work out on my legs that made me so sore I couldn't even roll over in bed with out waking up I kept going!

I haven't noticed a lot of change in my body (like at all. :grumble: ), but yesterday, I was able to do the push ups on my knees without needing a break. All ten in a row is awesome.
I'm debating about adding a plank challenge for phase two. Just time myself every morning to see how long I can hold a plank. Right now, it's not long at all.0 -
I am most proud of sticking to the workout plan. The only day I missed was shoulder day this past Saturday but I still worked out by spinning. I am definitely seeing some definition in my arms and my legs(quads and calves) feel stronger. My core also seems to be tightening up. The changes aren't dramatic but I feel like Phase 2 will bring on some serious differences.
One thing I would like to work on (and always struggle with) is the meal plan. I eat very well throughout the weekdays but fall apart on the weekends. I know one meal won't hurt me but I feel like it moves onto the next day as well. So that's my area of improvement this Phase...stick to the meal plan even on the weekends! And only enjoy a meal/treat when out with my bf or friends and limit it to just that!0 -
I just added up my inches lost, and it came to 7, total! I only gained .5 in my calves, but overall, I lost inches! Woohoo! :bigsmile:0

Ok I am in a different phase then you guys. Phase 3. As most of you know my family has been slammed with sickness the last couple weeks. I am proud of myself for getting 3 workouts in each week. It was so miserable but I did it. We are all feeling lots better so I am going to do a full week 9 this week. So now I am not that much ahead off you guys. Keep up all the hard work. As far as how I look, I am proud to be lifting heavier and love my arms and shoulders as well as how toned my legs are looking.0

I feel stronger and have more energy after finishing Phase 1. I see a few changes in my body as well and I'm excited to see things at the end of Phase 2!0

nmalek....I am with you. The week days are flawless. Weekends are good till about saturday night I know my changes would be even better if I could tighten up my meal plan. This has always been my struggle. Have always been able to stay with the excercise part of programs though.
My favorite change so far are my arms and a bit more tightness around my waist. Only in week 3 though so a little behind you guys.0 -
I'm 37 days in. even with a horrible cold last week. i only missed one day of working out. really proud.0

I got told I have nice abs last monday. That was RIGHT after completing phase 1. I guess I was proud of that, but I do NOT in any way feel like I have abs. Maybe first thing in the morning before food, but definitely not by 6 in the evening! lol0
