How to improve a mile and 2 mile time?

I am a 15 year old girl who runs track. Just yesterday at an indoor open meet I ran a 12:35.7 for a 2 mile and 6:12.3 for the mile. I PRed my 2 mile but my 1 mile has been 6:02 before. Do you know of certains things I could do to get down to a 11:20-11:46 time and a 5:20 mile? Or at least dip into the 11's and 5's? I workout 5-6x a week very intesely and I do weight lefting and conditioning. This si the runner's group so I was just asking for tips that helped you reduce your time? Thank you
