How to improve a mile and 2 mile time?
I am a 15 year old girl who runs track. Just yesterday at an indoor open meet I ran a 12:35.7 for a 2 mile and 6:12.3 for the mile. I PRed my 2 mile but my 1 mile has been 6:02 before. I just found this group on mfp. I am so excited! I have been running most of my adult life---off and on. When I was younger, I ran at a pace of 8.5 minute miles.
