Starting it today.
I can do planks (90-10 secs) and situps, but I can't do any push-ups, so I will do the modiffied ones - knee push-ups0 -
I was going to join but I'm doing 30 DS and with my normal gym classes I might have to bow out on this. Best of luck and have fun!!0

I did yesterday's challenge and got through the plank and push-ups (girl ones) but I only got to 36 sit-ups and I can feel it today! I actually add reverse crunches and bicycle crunches, so that's probably why I feel it so much..0

I have to give up push ups this week do to a wrist injury, but I will try to make them all up before the end of the month once I am able to do them again.0
