Just completed D1W1 and I feel pretty good. Running was difficult, but I made it work.


With that being said, how do you guys log your work out in the exercise section?

Anybody else just starting out? Maybe we can have a support team or something.

    Me, me!! I just started this morning. I'm so happy I did it, but I really felt like I was dying. So out of shape. Well, that's why I'm doing this, right?? I just logged my time as a "very brisk walk" in the exercise section, because I wasn't able to do all the runs today (repeating tomorrow). I believe there are apps you can download onto your smartphone that'll tell you how many calories you burned and how far you ran. I'm friending you so we can support each other! :)

    Good job! i just do however minutes of walking (4.0 mph, seriously)
