Pregnancy and Jillian . . ..

So If you are a relatively fit person and okay'd by your dr to work out do you think weeks 1 and 2 during the first trimester would be an okay routine for now? Not currently pregnant but bouncing questions around in my head. I think a lot of the moves could be adapted that early on (Minus super mans i'm guessing) What does every one else think?
