Week 11 Challenge: Deadline February 3

Do ou ever eat something before you go to bed only to feel guilty about it as you're laying there trying to go to sleep, or when you wake up in the morning? This weeks challenge is to not eat any snacks or drink any caloric beverages after 8pm, or for you night owls, 2 hours prior to bed time. I am sure we've all heard that eating before bed is not good so let's not do it .

I was just thinking about this last night, it's like my stomach takes over my brain and all I can think about is a snack!!0

I was able to do this every night but two. Not the best but better than nothing:)0

I did this every night but 1, I had some beers after bowling last Wednesday...but I don't even feel guilty0
