Anyone want to do some daily challenges? We can pick something small to do on different days, like 100 jumping jacks, or having a vegan day, or actually drinking all 8 glasses of water...

    I did about 55 minutes of Insanity today - 20 minutes of a fit test (my Day 15) & part of a workout day that I missed last week (skipped the warm-up since I did the fit test, & then was pretty pathetic the 2nd half) so about 25 minutes of that.

    What do you guys want Wednesday's challenge to be? Make up one or I'll think of something in a couple hours. :)

    I walked up a hill today. I normally don't do that. I hate walking up hills lol.

    For the weekend challenge, I'm going to buy some kale tomorrow & figure out what to do with it. I found a couple recipes on Pinterest I could try.

    Haha I feel you! I'm rarely up before 11am even usually. I used to work out at 11pm, then 8pm. Now I'm trying to do 5pm haha.

    So, I ended up going to bed at 1pm... and getting called in to work at 7am. Needless to say, I did NOT work out this morning like I planned! But, I did just do the 50 squats in my office, so that's gotta be better than nothing. :)

    It's almost 9:30pm & I just finished my 5th cup of water. I'm still gonna go for it though...

    Add 10 minutes of weights if you normally do more cardio, or 10 minutes of cardio if you normally do more strength.

    Planning ahead for the weekend:
    Pick 1 day to go vegetarian.
    If you're vegetarian, go vegan, or if you're vegan, go raw.
