I am switching it up....just a little

I feel like I need more cardio and have increased my weights during the 30DS...from all 2pds on the exercises to 5pds except for the chair with arm raising thing...I am now doing 2 days of shred and 1 cardio with interval running..so far I am seeing some additional change...maybe that is what I needed...The first 5 days of level 2 I did not see anything different and took my measurement and they were the exact same...so that is why I decided to mix it up.

    I don't know what day you are on but give your body a chance to drop the lbs and inches.. I think it's really good that you are adding extra cardio in but I wanted to address the reason behind adding more cardio.

    I am doing more HIIT and treadmill running this time around with the 30DS because my first results last year were a loss of 20"/8lbs, last month I lost 10.25"/7lbs. Last month was semi disappointing cause it took me 3 weeks to see a loss of inches and lbs.

    i am not loosing as many inchs personally as i would like to see, but i did loose 10 pounds in 30 days which is very good for me ( i do not have a thyroid). do you think changing it up would help with inchs more?
