I wanted to thank you! Since upping my calories to 1380 and following your protein/fat intake recommendations, I've finally lost 2 more pounds :)

Getting that much protein in has been a challenge, but I'm slowly getting used to it. I did get some protein powder (Trader Joe's whey vanilla) and have been using it in the mornings, where I've had the most trouble getting in protein. I've been making smoothies with the powder, nonfat greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, and some kind of fruit. I've also been doing overnight oatmeal with the powder and almond milk.
