Hi Everyone!
Welcome back to another weekly challenge!! We are continuing on a conservative pace to account for new members so everyone should be able to get on board.
Don't forget to report your progress to be included in the leader board either on this board or private message me.
Let's get things moving!
This week's goal:
120 minutes of cardio
5 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water 5 days
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days
For a bonus ** Try an exercise you've never done before or haven't done recently for one of your workouts. For example if you are a walker try a stationary bike or a Zumba class. If you love Zumba try a kickboxing or elliptical. Anything you'd like!
If you are new jump right in! We report our results on this strain every Sunday night to be included on the leader board for the following week.

Here we go into February!
I did meet all the goals last week, I only missed one day of exercise, so that is not so bad.
I still have to work on the fruits and veggies.
I am thinking of different ways to do some exercise, since this is getting a bit stale for me. I do love to dance, so maybe I can use my own music and do my own routines....that could be fun!

Yay!!! was patiently waiting to see if there was another one this week, this is a huge help for me i love a challenge. Thank you so much for doing these!
my question is...do i count my v8 spalsh as fruit and veggie, not the diet, the regular, has fruit juice and carrot juice, but wasn't sure how much consitutes a serving, whole fruits and veggies do nothing in maintaining blood sugars so i rely on v8 alot with my meals. if anyone knows, it is very much appreciated. thanks in advance,

Looks like the consensus is that one serving of V8 fusion counts as one serving of fruits and one serving of vegetables! Sounds good to me! : )
I am feeling good this week. I did Bob Harper's extreme weight loss video last night and nearly keeled over but it felt nice. I might do that or another video a few more days before I head back to the gym. That's my usual pattern to ease back into things but I actually think the videos are harder!0 -

Melissa---what is on the Bob Harper DVD? I am going to get a nice variety of DVD's so I dont get so bored! I plan on the leslie s. walking DVD, and a few others.

Great Job Everybody participating!
for this week I got:
688 Minutes Cardio -
7 Days in the Green -
6 days drinking 8+ cups of water
2 days getting in 2 servings fruit and vegs (doing better tho the other days got in 1-1.5 of each!)
Try something i never did: I tried a Belly Dancing workout (wheew..tough for me!) thought it would be easy but looks are decieving!
also, i got in on a shoulder press challenge on another thread, so i did 100 shoulder presses with resistance bands!
*on a side note, i love love love the walk at home vdeos, i started with the 1 mile as my mobility was not very good and am consistent with the 3 mile now. yesterday i tackled the 5 mile, love that they are good for any level of fiteness and each one has potentional to make them more challenging! i access mine on youtube!
