Just as a reminder, today we start! 21 days to make/break a habit! Good Luck to us all! Being healthy (Or bettering ourselves) is a life time commitment, like marriage (Thus the reference!) I made this group to last 21 days because that is what is commonly said is needed to make or break a habit. And I am hoping that once we have gone 21 days that we will know, and have the will power that we CAN do (or not do!) and that we will continue to (or not do!) until we need not do (or not do) it anymore!
