Lost 3 so far this week :)

I know I've just started and this is probably luck or just the normal "first week loss" but I'm down 3lb since Thursday. Not done much other then watch my food a little closer. My bodymedia is showing increased activity in steps so maybe that's it. I have been more conscious of drinking water at work. I am A HUGE coffee and Iced Tea addict, I don't do the sugar/cream and a lot of it is decaf so I feel better about it but I know pure water is better. I'm trying....I'm trying...

    Welcome and well done on the first three pounds! Don't worry too much about coffee vs. water, especially if you drink it black.
