hi gang,
hoping for some sage advice. today is a regular lifing today, but i went skiing yesterday (total novice) and while i'm not very sore i am feeling a bit unmotivated...should i take a day off considering how hard skiing was yesterday?

Haha. I see what you did there! This has nothing to do with skiing.
Get yourself to the gym and lift! Every day counts, including this one. Watch some youtube videos of girls lifting and get inspired, then go show those weights who's boss.0 -

i went to the gym, lifted like a badass - i.e. accidentally squatted 115lbs (Strong Lifts 5x5) instead of the 105 lbs i was planning to. i racked the wrong plates...oops. i feel so happy!
